Welcome to Capital Smart City (CSC) — Pakistan's first true smart city and the fourth of its kind in Asia, following the successful smart-city models of New York, Amsterdam, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Barcelona, and London. Launched on 6th October 2019, CSC is a self-sustaining, technology-driven community that has become one of Pakistan's most in-demand housing societies. In 2026, it took a major leap forward by becoming home to the country's largest AI data centre.

Capital Smart City sits in the Rawalpindi region, just 5 minutes from the New Islamabad International Airport, between the M-2 Motorway and Chakri Road — on the eastern route of CPEC. The society has grown from an initial 55,000 Kanal to roughly 1 Lakh Kanal, making it ten times larger than the neighboring housing societies, with its master plan approved by the RDA.

Capital Smart City's master plan is approved by the RDA and its NOC has also been granted. How to Book a Plot in Capital Smart City?

Booking a plot in CSC is a simple, guided process. The following documents are required:

• Registration / Transfer Form
• CNIC / NICOP of Applicant & Nominee
• Payment Receipts / Pay Order / Bank Draft
• 2 x Passport-size Photographs
• Signature & Thumb Impression Form

Process: select your property size, fill out personal & nominee details, complete the payment entry, and sign the application. Once processed by the Building Control Department (BCD), you'll be notified for on-ground possession and issued a Possession Letter — after which construction must begin within 6 months.
